chore: remove remix fixture as it is already covered by the C3 e2e framework tests

What this PR solves / how to test

This fixture is out of date and attempting to update it created lots of errors across the build. It is already covered by the C3 e2e framework tests. So we feel it is not required in the fixtures any more.
