getting error because of outdated wrangler version #261

  - You cannot configure both [triggers] and [placement] in your wrangler.toml. Placement is not supported with cron triggers.

can we get merged https://github.com/cloudflare/wrangler-action/pull/238 ? current wrangler version is pretty old
