minor spec clean up #5

Changes /etc to %{_sysconfdir} and $RPM_BUILD_ROOT to %{buildroot}, and also adds some examples to the module config file plus moves its generation to the %prep phase. I'm not certain on the configuration directive examples (CloudFlareRemoteIPTrustedProxy especially) so those may need correcting.

Also marked cloudflare.conf as a config file so it doesn't get replaced during future upgrades (and accidentally re-enabled or something).
