Prune staging deployments on merge

Context

Currently all the staging deployments linger in the cloudflare dashboard

Description

The staging deployments should be pruned on branch merge, since they would no longer be needed.

Acceptance Criteria

• Bot has the ability to prune its own deployments from staging.
