[74650972] Installing 1.6.1 or later into Java 6 does not warn users of Java 7 minimum #43

This entry introduces a new plugin that will tell the user that the CF eclipse plugins are disabled due to unsupported java version. This new plugin requires to be compile using java 6 which reflects on the pom.xml. This change also adds the new plugin to the main feature.
