In our environment we have forked yeti and found it valuable to be able to specify a buildpack to use when deploying an asset. This can be useful to testing some custom buildpacks we have as well as executing tests for assets that we don't have a a default build pack in our DEAs.
Accepting this PR will help our test suite fork to stay in sync with mainline yeti.
