Failed to load plugin /home/ubuntu/.rvm/gems/ruby-2.3.0/gems/bosh_cli_plugin_micro-1.3262.24.0/lib/bosh/cli/commands/micro.rb: cannot load such file -- rake/file_utils_extmake: *** [provision] Error 1

Searched a lot on this, don't see any suggestions..
