What are Checkfile & Checkfile.issues? Can they be removed? #13

These files seem related to cf-release

They can be removed. They're configuration files for the Checkman utility for monitoring build statuses, and the monitored build's are for cf-release. We'll remove it the next time we're in there, or you can submit a pull request if you want it out now.
