Any reason why you decided to not install turbulence onto bosh-lite?

After seeing turbulence_api.cpi_job_name I assumed the api needed to be collocated with the cpi. But from the linked manifest it looks like you can have multiple instances of the cpi running and point them to the same garden backend.

But indeed it seems like this repo could be retired in favour of some bosh-lite specific documentation in the turbulence-release repository.
