Bump bosh-cli and credhub-cli #65

Hey,

would it be possible to bump the bosh cli and credhub cli to the newest version? I can also prepare the PR as long as somebody takes care of uploading the files to the blob.

Apologies for missing this the first few times.

@benjaminguttmann-avtq definitely possible. Send the PR, and include (either in code / commits / PR body) the URLs to download the blobs from and we'll get them uploaded.

@iamtpage also definitely possible; feel free to submit a PR in similar spirit / format.
