Fresh install fails to start the maintenance instance group #169

Fresh install using 210.5.2 using provided logsearch-deployment.yml fails to start the maintenance instance group.

Error is: Error: 'maintenance/86c542fd-905a-44ac-a702-10e1cca0507d (0)' is not running after update. Review logs for failed jobs: elasticsearch_config

There is no logs in /var/vcap/sys/log/elasticsearch_config folder.
