Update to 7.9.3 #362

This is more to start a conversation than open an issue - LMK if there's a better forum for this.

Our team recently updated our fork cloud-gov/logsearch-for-cloudfoundry (and our fork cloud-gov/logsearch-boshrelease) to 7.9.3. We encountered and fixed a few issues with the kibana-auth-plugin and index templates along the way and would like to contribute them back up.

We maintain a separate blobstore, and obviously don't have write access to your blobstore, so this would take some coordination.

Thanks @Infra-Red ! I'll get working on a PR next week most likely. Might take some time because our fork has diverged for other reasons, but should be able to get something to you relatively soon.
