Add integration tests to the project. #2

These changes introduce integration tests for this (and in the future, probably any Service Broker based upon https://github.com/cloudfoundry-community/spring-boot-cf-service-broker ). Tests can be run in Travis CI (default) or locally, see README.md and JavaDoc for more details.
