Why static networking? #3

Is there a reason this boshrelease doesn't use boshv2 links? This makes the configuration of the cloud-config when using https://github.com/genesis-community/vault-genesis-kit much more complicated. Its currently not possible to deploy vault-genesis-kit without knowing kit internals.

I'll look into upgrading this release based on the links + manifest in vault-boshrelease. Update: vault-boshrelease doesn't have links either.
