The examples need to include the new teams stuff in the URLs #21

e.g. http://my.concourse.url/pipelines/$BUILD_PIPELINE_NAME/jobs/$BUILD_JOB_NAME/builds/$BUILD_NAME needs to be changed to something like

http://my.concourse.url/teams/main/pipelines/$BUILD_PIPELINE_NAME/jobs/$BUILD_JOB_NAME/builds/$BUILD_NAME
