Migrated to use V2 api via RLP gateway mechanism
Updated authentication client
Clean up un-supported CF eventtypes in V2(HttpStart/ HttpStop) and firehose web-socket implementation
Added V2 adapter for v2-v1 mapping
Updated vendor libs per v2 update
CI update - Functional test automation
