chore: switch from glide to go modules #283

Hey,

with glide we have more and more problems to reliably install the needed dependencies. So this is another try to switch from glide to go.mod.

If i missed something i would appreciate your help.

Thanks for the PR @PG2000. Can you please raise it against develop branch? (Sorry for the inconvenience, we will be updating default branch and documentation for the same)
