Upgraded the OAuth dependency to the latest version to fix the auth issue with the special characters
Upgraded the gorilla/websocket dependency to address the dependabot warning
Added the auth issue as known issue in troubleshooting points

Yes, I have done it for both the Tile and stand-alone builds.
