Build bits-service container image with the cflinuxfs3 eirinifs baked in

This is in preparation for the deprecation of the sle15 stack in kubecf.

For now this is a request to collect the information how the container is being built at all: I assume the source comes from https://github.com/SUSE/bits-service-release, but

• where is the pipeline source code that builds the container images
• where is this pipeline deployed
• how is the eirinifs configured for this build

@thardeck @jimmykarily @mudler I think you were working on this in the past; can you please leave pointers to the relevant info in comments here?

It's been a while so I hope what I remember is still correct.

Pipeline source: https://github.com/suse/scf-eirini-ci Deployed here: https://concourse.suse.de/teams/main/pipelines/scf-eirini-ci (can't access it because login to Concourse gives me an error)

I think this project in OBS is also involved: https://build.opensuse.org/package/show/Cloud:Platform:Stack:rootfs/sle15 (see here: https://github.com/SUSE/scf-eirini-ci/blob/master/pipeline.yaml.gomplate#L90)

Not sure what you mean with how is the eirinifs configured for this build. I hope the above helps, let me know if you need more information. Thankfully my browser remembers a lot more than I do :D .
