IPVS support? #249

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. Now that K8s is 1.11 can we support IPVS as proxy for kube-proxy?

Hi @lnguyen

We don't currently plan to add support for IPVS. We will accept PR with optional IPVS support.
