Support E2, N2, etc custom VM sizes #334

The N1 VM sizes had no prefix, such as custom-2-4096. Starting with N2 and E2, they add the machine class in the VM name like e2-custom-2-4096.

I've validated that this CPI can deploy e2 custom instances using a dev release.
