add concourse-bosh-release #55

kept the original concourse/concourse there to give folks time to transition

not sure if that'll actually keep working, though, since we'll soon replace concourse/concourse with a non-bosh-release repo (though the bosh release will remain in the old commits in the git history)

Old repo should be okay to be listed indefinitely; send another PR if/when you prefer it to be unlisted.

FYI, I changed the minimum version to be 2.0.0 because there was an error in pid_utils downloading in earlier versions. If that's important to you, feel free to fix it in the repo and then PR the min_version revert; or let us know if it's some lower level bosh bug that we need to fix.

Sounds good. I really don't expect anyone to be grabbing anything that old anyway.
