5 years ago Conceptually, it seems a bit odd for bosh.io to need to support test assets like this, but it looks like we already have a couple other smoke test releases. We might follow up with your team this at some point once/if we have alternative recommendations.
I'll merge for now since it does seem like a pre-req, helpful, and there's already precedent.
This bosh release is a pre-req of https://github.com/pivotal-cf/cf-rabbitmq-multitenant-broker-release, and it does not make sense to release the dependent without the dependency, as pointed out in https://github.com/pivotal-cf/cf-rabbitmq-smoke-tests-release/issues/2
