Add envoy-nginx-release to index.yml #84

Hi @genevieve,

In order for BOSH to pick up releases, you need to cut final releases to the default branch (in this case that is the master branch). Looking at this repo, there doesn't appear to be any final releases that have been cut. We can go ahead and merge this PR, but no releases will appear on bosh.io until a final release is present.

Hey @belinda-liu. We've cut a release on the default branch and pushed all of the necessary pieces. Thanks.
