Update for cinderv3 for openstack xena release #244

Title says it all....cinderv2 is deprecated/removed in xena. it was just pushed to kolla repos today and I am unable to deploy bosh directors.

@mephmanx Xena support is currently not yet on our roadmap, however, we are happy to review a PR that adds support for it.

I am working with / trying to push the fog-openstack team to merge an open PR to add cinder v3 support for BOSH. That was the only issue I saw when I tried to deploy....if I could get the fog-openstack lib changed Im happy to see what issues would show up next and work through those.

What kind of activity do you expect? As @rkoster stated we are happy to review a pr. Please provide it when https://github.com/fog/fog-openstack/pull/518 is merged and there is a release of fog-openstack available with cinderv3 support..

Sorry about that, I had thought this was the link to 518. My apologies. I have a list of PR's I am trying to push and this was the wrong link for that one.

Fog-openstack with cinder v3 compatibility was finally released last week! Can I revive this thread?

Ill check and see whats needed. The fog library has been updated for openstack to use cinder v3….I thought there was a PR open against this lib for that…Ill take a look.
