persistent disk mount is lost after vm restart #7

reproduce steps:

seems similar to https://github.com/cppforlife/bosh-warden-cpi-release/issues/5

@ramonskie yeah, unfortunately currently vsphere stemcells dont allow specifying additional scsi config and for some reason vbox after rebooting a vm changes numbering.
