Ideally this would live in the official CF docs somewhere, but in the meantime I'd like some feedback on the guidance below.

@stephanme @philippthun @johha could you weigh in with any practical advice I've gotten wrong or missed here?

Looks good. I'm wondering if we want to change the default values for cc.puma.worker (to 2 ?) and cc.puma.max_threads (to 10 ?). These are the values that we are currently using and they seem to be a logical "first step" when switching to Puma.
