Installing consul fails on a clean install because it requires authentication #5

This didn't work even when I put my github key in

We have created an issue in Pivotal Tracker to manage this. Unfortunately, the Pivotal Tracker project is private so you may be unable to view the contents of the story.

The labels on this github issue will be updated when the story is started.

Should we consider removing consul from this script? We only need consul in order to run the bridge tests. The most recent run had consul not build at all. Closing for now.
