Our authentication document is still very focused on OIDC/OAuth 2.0 and doesn't reflect our shift towards integrating with $KUBECONFIG directly.

Let's update it by removing what is not relevant anymore (e.g. details about the OIDC/OAuth flows) and adding details about $KUBECONFIG (see comments to #62).
