hey @hfrenzel, thanks for the PR!

Merging https://github.com/cloudfoundry/cf-deployment-concourse-tasks/pull/109 caused some minor merge conflicts that will need to be resolved.

After some team discussion we've decided that we're comfortable with merging this without validating it in our own pipelines. Especially if you've tested it yourself.

Fixed merge conflicts. For the tesing: We are actively using at our OpenStack environment.
