As title, users cannot directly understand how to use cf-drain-cli from the README page without examples.

@alanlunspace could you provide a little more insight into what part of the CLI is confusing? Ideally the help text for the commands should be sufficient in explaining how to use the CLI so it would be great to buff that up if needed
