rejoin-unsafe errand references bootstrapping docs?

In Github Issue #165 , a user provided output from a failed attempt at rejoin-unsafe.

I noticed in there:

            Reference the docs for more information:
            https://github.com/cloudfoundry/cf-mysql-release/blob/master/docs/bootstrapping.md

But I actually think that the link should point to the rejoin-unsafe docs.
