reformat arguments #131

We have created an issue in Pivotal Tracker to manage this. Unfortunately, the Pivotal Tracker project is private so you may be unable to view the contents of the story.

The labels on this github issue will be updated when the story is started.

Is this good to merge now, or is there anything needed to do before?

I was check why gem install cf-uaac -v 4.18.0 does not show the cacert parameter, e.g. "uaac curl" should do it. However, I decided to redeploy then it appeared in 4.19.0. This here was done to check why parameter was not visible.

Finally I dont know why in 4.18.0 release the PR https://github.com/cloudfoundry/cf-uaac/pull/123 is not in even if git says it is in,
