UAAC warns about unknown keys Max-Age and SameSite #134

UAAC gives two warnings about unknown keys as follows for example:

% uaac info
Unknown key: Max-Age = 86400
Unknown key: SameSite = Lax

The warnings are from http-client code. There are open issues for them as follows:
