user update help is more clear about --origin #59

The option --origin in the uaac user update selects the user to update based on the origin, but does not allow change the origin.

We change the order and description of this option to make it more clear.

Fixes #58

I now that you have waited a long time.... tests fail , I assume the new text needs to be changed also in test

added some other contributors.

in past we had no pipeline for uaac , now we have ans also tests on ruby version, which may make the whole process more transparent for contributors.
