The following packages were on the cflinuxfs3 stack, and are no longer installed on cflinuxfs4 because they are not required dependencies of the new verison of libldap we ship. Since we are seeing GSSAPI-related failures in .NET Core apps in cflinuxfs4, we should add the related packages to see if it resolves issues:

ii libheimbase1-heimdal:amd64 7.5.0+dfsg-1ubuntu0.4 amd64 Heimdal Kerberos - Base library
ii libheimntlm0-heimdal:amd64 7.5.0+dfsg-1ubuntu0.4 amd64 Heimdal Kerberos - NTLM support library
ii libgssapi3-heimdal:amd64 7.5.0+dfsg-1ubuntu0.4 amd64 Heimdal Kerberos - GSSAPI support library
We can just install libgssapi3-heimdal, and the rest of the packages will be installed as dependencies of it
