as the internal vpc of gcp does not support ipv6 we are currently disabling the ipv6 test until we find a better solution

there seems to be ipv6 support now. but we need to create new vpc for this with enabled duo ipv4/6 https://cloud.google.com/compute/docs/ip-addresses/configure-ipv6-address
