Create and document additional network setup for integration tests #36

Integration tests are executed by installing a Bosh directory instance and create new vms based on the created stemcell. For these test scenarios new network subnets are needed.

Enhance init script to create additional gcp resources.

Document enhancements:

additional network segments
firewall rules
connection between gke cluster and other networks / applications
