Improve PHP Buildpack Configuration details #252

fix indenting - items aren't sub items of options.json as they are not configured using options.json
Remove example that doesn't render correctly on https://docs.cloudfoundry.org/buildpacks/php/gsg-php-config.html#php-extensions
