Clarify alternative root content in static buildpack #277

This PR clarifies that root content is distinct from location of the nginx directives directory.

thanks @mjgutermuth, sorry for the delay for the EasyCLA renewal, our legal team is overwelmed and should hopefully renew the Orange CCLA soon. Thanks for merging this small PR in the meantime!
