Adds instructions for using HTTP/2 with Java apps #281

This has a couple of requirements to be done before merging:

  1. This https://github.com/cloudfoundry-samples/spring-music/pull/98 PR needs to merge for the example.
  2. The JBP needs Tomcat support (coming soon).

We have created an issue in Pivotal Tracker to manage this. Unfortunately, the Pivotal Tracker project is private so you may be unable to view the contents of the story.

The labels on this github issue will be updated when the story is started.
