Updates Java services documentation #288

This commit updates the Java buildpack services documentation to use java-cfenv, which has replaced Spring Cloud Connectors. It includes migration documentation and full instructions for using java-cfenv. The framework specific docs have been collasped into one page.

This also contains an update on the notes for Bosh trusted cert support as well. It removes a component that has long since been removed from the JBP.

Requires https://github.com/cloudfoundry/docs-book-cloudfoundry/pull/120 to be merged as well.
