Update R docs on install dependencies #302

Version 1.2.7 of the R-buildpack has a new option to optionally specify the dependencies argument. See https://github.com/cloudfoundry/r-buildpack/pull/241 and https://github.com/cloudfoundry/r-buildpack/issues/31#issuecomment-915661525.

Update the documentation (https://docs.cloudfoundry.org/buildpacks/r/index.html#specifying_dependencies) to list this feature.

I've now included an example in the main example. Maybe it's better to keep the main example simple and list this option below?

We have created an issue in Pivotal Tracker to manage this. Unfortunately, the Pivotal Tracker project is private so you may be unable to view the contents of the story.
