The Amazon step-by-step deployment instruction does not guide through BOSH installation anymore and deploys CF to the VPC flavor of AWS much like the BOSH AWS Bootstrap tutorial. Thus the remaining notes about PowerDNS are misleading.

I can make a pull request with desired fixes if you wish.
