Update docs for SMB 3.1.1 support #526

As of smb-volume-release v.3.2.0, we support smb 3.1.1 protocol version with Jammy stemcells.

Additionally, use pora from cf-acceptance-tests since that asset is maintained more regularly

Thanks @winkingturtle-vmw -- smb-volume v3.2.0 be in TPCF 10 / TAS 7 and in future patch releases of TAS 6.0, 5.0, etc., right? I want to know when to cherry-pick this into commercial docs versions. Thanks again--
