Document our tools

Let's prepare a list of the tools we've built for ourselves over the years, explaining what each one does and how to use it.

Some of the ones I can think of:

• dontpanic
• gaol
• concourse-flake-hunter

Tools that we should document elsewhere:

• Scripts used for testing should be documented in a testing document
• Scripts used to create and target CI environments should be documented in a CI & environments document
• Scripts used to commit and push should be documented in a git repositories document
