After merge, consider releasing a new version of haproxy-boshrelease.

Changes brought with this release:

BUG/MAJOR: ssl/ocsp: crash with ocsp when old process exit or using ocsp

This was only a small fix for the OCSP stuff which we don't even use, it shouldn't fail our CI 🤔
