Hey @anthonydahanne, I haven't been following CloudFoundry build packs for a while now, so can't say for sure.

The goal of that PR was to support mTLS with Reactive Spring Security when running apps on CF behind a router with TLS termination enabled. I understand that's a very specific and niche problem, so not sure how relevant is this to modern reality. I'd say feel free to close the PR.
