Adopt jclouds 2.6.0 #1444

The change is not simple bump of version in pom.xml. It reverts commit id "4aee03cf91e640f8cbc01e91910ba1726039f8c6" where custom implementation for GCP objectstore was added to mitigate https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/JCLOUDS-1606.
