Summary

This change updates the zap module dependencies to the latest stable release version (from pre-1.x).

Required for https://github.com/cloudfoundry/gorouter/pull/435

Backward Compatibility

Breaking Change? No

This change does not break anything with https://github.com/cloudfoundry/gorouter/pull/435

zap 0.x was only used as a dependency in gorouter.
